Job Description:
Aireco Supply, Inc. a leading HVAC/R distributor serving Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia and Delaware, is seeking a motivated CDL Driver for its Ashland, VA Warehouse location. In this role, you will work alongside experienced sales and operations personnel to deliver HVAC equipment, parts and components to businesses. This person must be able to work and function as a positive team member and contribute to reaching branch goals.
Job Functions:
- Completing orders including shipping, receiving and deliveries
- Perform loading and unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
- Pulling and staging orders for company delivery truck
- Operating forklifts safely and responsibly
- Assisting with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assist customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
- Positive attitude towards learning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Performing all duties safely
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL license class A or B
- Must have Hazmat endorsement
- Must have Airbrake endorsement
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
- Ability to lift more than 70 pounds
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the trade and math skills
