Job Description:
We are looking for an inside person to interface daily with our existing customer base of automation contractors to help them: select, order, install, program and troubleshoot a full array of BAS Systems. The duties also include helping to train new customers on the products and processes required to be a successful BAS Contractor, and acting as a factory liaison for support issues.
Job Functions:
- Presale support and application assistance.
- Product selection and system layout.
- Preparing quotes and processing orders.
- Procuring expediting and managing product deliveries.
- Post-sale installation and technical support.
- Assistance with integration to third party devices and existing network infrastructure.
- for ongoing service and troubleshooting.
- Manage software licensing and assisting with software installation.
Requirements:
- 5 years Building Automation System (BAS) experience
- Practical Bas programming knowledge
- HVAC systems and equipment knowledge
- Strong PC skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of IP Network architecture
- Tridium-Niagara N4 certification
- Experience preferred with Honeywell Webs or JCI facility Explorer
